This data leaflet describes how VP Web Engineering processes digital information. We are committed to complete transparency, serverless optimization, and strict data minimization rules. We only handle the minimal records necessary to deliver your high speed web packages and connect secure payment endpoints.
1. Information We Collect
Our custom frontend static code does not run hidden user tracking scripts or marketing analytics. We only receive personal records when you share them intentionally through these interactions:
- Direct Email: Project inquiries sent to our inbox provide your name, email, and specific build guidelines.
- Payment Initiation: When purchasing a development package, billing information is captured securely by our processing partners.
2. Financial Gateways
We partner with external verification systems to handle secure commercial card transactions. Our gateway platform is Stripe, Inc. Their encrypted financial architecture processes card numbers safely on their own remote network.
3. Cookie Disclosures
Our static serverless infrastructure does not save tracking cookies to your browser. Essential data cookies are initialized exclusively by Stripe once you choose to select a package link and land on their secure checkouts to finish a transaction safely.
4. Your Legal Rights
We keep administrative transaction parameters only as long as necessary to complete your web deployment projects or follow UK sole trader tax reporting guidelines. You retain the full right to check your records, request data corrections, or ask for complete deletion from our files at any time.
